Activate with the licence ID and activation key on
your delivery note. Steps below.
Activating a licence
- Start TRoute Field. It opens on the licence screen until a
licence is active. If it is already running, open
http://127.0.0.1:8760/licencewindow. - Enter the licence ID and the activation key. Both are on
your delivery note. The key looks like
H7Q2M-9RKXW-4T8ZN-PC3VD. Dashes and case do not matter; the letters O and I are never used, so type zero and one. - Enter the instrument serial printed on the PhonoVibe case,
for example
PVQ-0007-3. - Leave the server address blank. It defaults to this server. Only self-hosted licences need a different address.
- Press Activate. That is the only moment the network is needed. Afterwards TRoute Field runs offline for 30 days at a time.
Lost the activation key? It is stored only as a
hash and cannot be looked up — not by you and not by us. Contact TIERA
and a replacement will be issued; your existing activations keep
working.

Privacy
Activating sends only what is needed to bind a licence to a computer: the licence ID, the activation key, an anonymous hardware fingerprint and the instrument serial.
No measurements, machine names, routes or reports ever leave your computer. Nothing recorded in TRoute Field is sent here, in any licence model.
